About Us

Background

We are a small, independent business based in Weymouth, Dorset, run by Stewart and Sue Meecham. We both trained and qualified as City and Guilds Groomers at Look North Training School under Joanne Angus and Zoë Duffy, members of the British international dog grooming team.

We are also animal 1st aid trained. We are committed to the industry and keeping up to date by regularly attending grooming competitions and seminars.

We are genuine animal enthusiasts, and have shared our home with a wide variety of companions over the years, from cockatiels, hamsters and guinea pigs to our beloved Westies and Labrador. We feel have a good understanding of the needs of the animals we deal with, and can empathise fully with the concerns of their owners.

Our mobile dog grooming vehicle is fully equipt and completely self-contained, with its own power and water supplies.

Business Hours

Dog Grooming appointments are available Monday to Saturday, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, with out-of-hours appointments available in exceptional circumstances.

Dog walking, home visits and long or short term pet-sitting are arranged to suit the our customers' requirements.

We can also provide 24/7 emergency pet-sitting for short notice events (eg. family emergencies, hospital admissions), and longer term sitting for holidays.
